Independent radio does not have to explain a city to visitors. It can be partial, multilingual, argumentative, and deeply involved in one scene. That is often more truthful than a polished overview.
Listening from elsewhere creates a connection without claiming local knowledge. The station stays rooted where it is; the stream simply makes distance less decisive.
