Soundbox began as a way to keep internet radio stations that were too good to lose. A station library is personal: it reflects habits, places, and moments that do not need to be public.
These pages have a different purpose. They are for writing about independent radio, sharing practical listening ideas, and offering a useful starting point to anyone curious about the project.
Public radio, private listening
Independent stations are made to be heard. A listener's collection is different: local favorites, late-night finds, and names kept for a particular mood. It can stay personal without being isolated.
The notes can point people towards broadcasters and their own work. Individual stations, listening choices, and playback remain private.
